As a subscriber to Tracker, you will have access to a unique range of specialist environmental data management services.

General Support

We provide expert help and guidance in the use of Tracker and its sprecific implementation at your company.

EEMS Submissions

As a Tracker subscriber we will liaise with the EEMS Support Team on your behalf and manage any submission issues to its resolution as required.

Security Administration

Tracker is a fully hosted service accessible over the Internet from anywhere, including offshore.  If our customers wish to provide access to 3rd parties such as cement contractors, mud contractors, waste contractors etc.  Tracker has a fully configurable security model ensuring users can only access data they are entitled to.  We will set up and maintain the required security models as directed by our customers.

Permit Management

Tracker automatically downloads PON15 permits and variations from the DECC portal within 24 hours of approval.  We will assist in diagnosis and resolution of any data issues arising from newly approved permits and variations.  We will also warn you if consents are under threat.

CEFAS Reconciliation

Every 2 weeks CEFAS release a new list of approved chemicals for the UKCS.  This is loaded into Tracker and compared with our customers’ latest PON15 permits and variations.  Any issues will be brought to your attention and we will assist with their resolution.  Typical issues include chemical renaming, reclassification or expiration.

Data Interfaces

When data is available from other electronic sources it should be automatically loaded into Tracker.  Error prone and time consuming manual data entry should be avoided wherever possible.  We will build, maintain and support data interfaces between Tracker and your systems.

Customisations

As required we will build, maintain and support customer specific refinements to Tracker screens and reports.  Typical customisations might include support for unusual installation configurations or refinements for offshore data entry.
