About CESL
Collabro Environmental Services Ltd (CESL) was formed in 2006 following collaboration between Collabro and Root-5. The two founding companies were shortly joined by Niall Young Limited at the beginning of 2007. All three companies recognized that the area of environmental data management and reporting was fast gaining significance, resulting in increased work load for the UK oil and gas industry. CESL reviewed the growing environmental statutory obligations with various stakeholders and in 2007 successfully implemented the Tracker Managed Service with a major operator. Today, CESL’s clients include government bodies, large contracting organisations and several major oil and gas operating companies. CESL also works in partnership with a variety of service providers to ensure that the best people and solutions are used to deliver the Tracker Managed Service. CESL Aims and Objectives
The UK oil and gas industry takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously. The industry, working with Government and stakeholders, aspires to zero regulatory non-compliance for all activities with potential to impact the environment. Tracker aims to be the premier environmental data management service supporting this aspiration. Manipulation of spreadsheets with cross references to CEFAS, the UK Oil Portal and EEMS is mundane, error prone and time consuming. By outsourcing these tasks to Tracker, you will be freed from managing your environmental data and will be able to concentrate better on managing your environmental compliance. With input on best practice from the Tracker User Group, we aim to further enhance Tracker as part of our ongoing program of continual improvement. We also intend to work closely with verifiers and establish a “verify once - use many” approach. At CESL we believe that complying with increasing environmental reporting obligations need not be accompanied by increasing costs - in fact, with Tracker, the reverse is possible! |
